Your shipping cost is a flat rate of $7.95 per order to anywhere in the continental U.S. regardless of the size of order, which includes shipping insurance. Customers can save the shipping fee by visiting our warehouse showroom located at 11259 Kiley Drive, Huntley Illinois. Call ahead and we will have your filters ready for you to pick up at your convenience. Items needed to be shipped by motor freight has an additional shipping fee. There is an additional shipping fee of $26.95 to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska orders. Orders from outside the U.S. must be placed by mail, fax or phone. Orders placed today are usually shipped no later than the next business day by FedEx ground. We perform our own shipping and packing - never outsourced! Our warehouse is centrally located in the U.S. near Chicago, Illinois, minutes away from the central Federal Express distribution center and O'Hare airport. You can expect your order to arrive in 3-5 days. Orders from outside the U.S. must be placed by mail, fax or phone. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. transactions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days. You will need to return the merchandise in its original packaging and condition along with a copy of your on-line order, a brief description of why you are returning the product together with online return form for a full refund of the unused product to:

In order to receive the proper credit, you must return product in it's sealed, original packaging. You must also have a RMA number which is obtained by completing the return form. Your credit will be processed the SAME DAY as we receive your return product.

Product Not What You Ordered
If you received a product incorrectly or received a product you didn't order, complete a return form. DO NOT return the product until our customer service team instructs you to do so.

Product Damaged in Shipping
If your product was damaged in shipping, complete the return form. Do not return the product until one of our customer service represenatives instructs you to return the product. Your damaged product claim will process much faster after speaking with us first.
